Muslim women seek new meeting place

Last month you prayed intensely for the group of nonliterate Bihari Muslim women who have gathered weekly for two years to study the Bible. Praise God that, despite the loss of their secure meeting place, these women wish to continue hearing God's Word. They are reluctant, however, to gather in their own tiny homes, because they fear persecution from the Muslim community. Ask God to give these women wisdom to know how to continue to receiving biblical teaching, prayer and fellowship without jeopardizing their security. Pray that they will be willing to try new and more creative ways of learning, preferably through teaching delivered by someone from their own community who speaks their Urdu language and will present the Bible in easy-to-remember story form.
