Group
experiences crucial change
The
group of nonliterate Bihari Muslim women for whom you
have been praying has experienced yet another crucial
change this summer. “Latifa” (a pseudonym),
the literate Bengali believer who has been teaching
them Bible stories, has found a full-time job and can
no longer teach the ladies.
“Though it is not easy to know God’s will
in this situation, somehow we believe that this is a
break in the established routine of the group that can
be productive,” writes a Last Frontier worker.
Pray
for Latifa as she grieves having to leave her ministry
to these women. Pray that God will sustain the women
and that they will continue to meet and learn about
the Bible despite what seem like insurmountable challenges
– the inability to read, the lack of a private
meeting place, and no literate Christian believer to
teach them. Give thanks that with God all things are
